Pho Vietnam, Honolulu

Located in the heart of Kapolei, this Vietnamese restaurant offers good service and a traditional Vietnamese menu. Selections include fried spring rolls with fried chicken, and a tasty lamb curry done in a southeastern style that is flavorful and reasonably priced. Portions are not as generous compared to most places, but the dishes are authentic and well done. There is a long list of different types of pho on the menu including beef ball pho, something that is not on the menu at most casual eateries. The décor is a step above the casual strip mall spots with delicate tableware and glassware and an ambiance that is decidedly more comfortable and quiet. -Lottie Tagupa
