Restaurant Saito, Honolulu

Hidden away deep in Ewa Beach behind a drive-though burger place and across the street from a strip mall, this small, family-run Japanese restaurant serves traditional offerings of tasty Japanese favorites. Despite the odd location, this small, simple restaurant has a large reputation in the area for being a great spot for consistently good meals and reasonable prices. Menu selections include misoyaki butterfish, teriyaki beef (done the right way), light and crunchy, tender shrimp tempura and steak, and yummy, juicy wafu steak cooked to order.
