Located at what longtime Manoa residents may remember as the gas station next to the Japanese School on East Manoa Road, this eatery has used a lot of creativity and courage to bring Manoa residents a decent Mexican dining option. One does not hunt this place down for the incredible views or soft upscale ambiance; it's the tasty flautas and steak nachos that bring views of heaven to one's mind. Fish tacos and carne asada burritos are quite popular, too. Prices are very reasonable and parking is ample, although it can fill up during the lunch hour. -Lottie Tagupa
