Located across from Chaminade College, this classic window counter drive-in has been in business for generations. The setting is stark and quite plain, but the prices and menu are what rock here. Plate lunch specials run the gamut from hamburger steak to beef stew, but the Japanese deluxe plate is worth the wait for a parking space in the small lot. Piled high with everything from teri-beef, tempura and even fresh sashimi, it’s a deal for under a ten-spot.
