  I went to Stone Grill with my grandfather and we each ordered a plate lunch. He ordered mochiko chicken and his lunch came out well in advance of mine. It was small, plain, and bland to the point that it needed to be smothered with salt and pepper. When he had nearly finished his meal, my order came out but instead of garlic chicken, they brought me fish. I explained to the waitress that she had brought me the wrong dish and, without an apology, she went to the kitchen to request a replacement. Shockingly, she told me that they would not change my order. When I demanded a refund, the cashier returned to the kitchen again and the chef came out. After he realized I wanted my money back, he begrudgingly agreed to take back the fish and give me what I had ordered. At that point I was very hungry but I also suspected that anything the chef would prepare me at that point would include a "bonus" that was not on the menu. To add insult to injury, the cashier refunded my lunch but not the tax. FAIL!...   Read More
