Centrally located near the island’s only Costco and across the street from Kukui Grove Shopping Center, the plantation ride experience is one of the largest additions to the historic Kilohana Plantation. In addition to the train, the plantation offers a rum distillery, a restaurant, a gallery, evening entertainment and more. The train ride takes about 40 minutes and weaves through the rear acreage of the plantation. The pre-recorded audio guides visitors through the workings of this historic plantation, and the ride even includes a stop to feed the pigs, sheep horses, goats before heading back to the depot.
