Overview
Pat's Taqueria is a taco truck at a parking lot that is very famous with the local islanders. Pat Grenz, a gentle, bearded surfer from Colorado who once cooked at BarAcuda, opened this joint because he wanted to run a place that serves the food he loves. Try the fresh mahimahi tacos or the carne asada tacos. The beef is marinated in teriyaki sauce and chili powder and is rich and juicy. The truck is open only open for a few hours, which leaves Grenz with plenty of time to surf.
