Every Hawaiian island is blessed with splendid beaches and lovely beach parks, Hanalei is no exception to this. Its Waioli Beach Park is one such beach park that attracts tourists and locals as well. Endless stretches of white sand lined up with palm trees and deep blue waters of the beach truly make for an eye-pleasing sight. Those who want to relax can enjoy sun bathing or simply laze around; while the daredevils can challenge the huge waves and indulge in surfing. Bodyboarding, surfing and stand up paddle surfing are regular water sports practiced here. Apart from that, the Waioli Beach Park also features volleyball courts, picnic areas and clean restrooms as well. Though there is a lifeguard on-site, amateurs are advised to be cautious and stay closer to the shore.
