Betty’s Beach Café, Maui

From the abundance of rainbow banners to the beach views, this open-air, breezy eatery is a gay hotspot in Maui. The setting is tropical and quite tasteful. Though the space is small with a bar dominating the main dining room, the views of lanai are fabulous and the ambiance is peaceful. But, when happy hour rolls around, the good-looking clientèle come in from the beach for beer, martinis, music and madness. The café has an abundance of nightly specials from lobster night on Wednesdays to Sunday brunch specials that include bottomless mimosas and champagne. -Lottie Tagupa
