Cuatro Restaurant, Maui

Certainly one of the more innovative independent restaurants in all of South Maui, it’s one that should not be missed. The location is in a standard strip mall in Kihei with lots of free parking. The short menu is in sync with the tiny bistro, both of which are creative, comfortable and enjoyable. Officially described as Latin Asian Fusion, the menu selections are a highly selective list of unique dishes that blend crab cakes with pico de gallo, an Asian marinated steak with chimichurri sauce and tasty salads like the Kula greens with cilantro citrus vinaigrette and spicy mac nuts. -Lottie Tagupa
