Grotto Bar, Maui

It would certainly take the Grand Wailea to include this swim-up bar as one of the features of this opulent and over-the-top resort. Although there are a couple of other Hawaiian hotels that offer the same service, this one is definitely the most popular. The bar is located in the center of nine acres of pools, lagoons, waterfalls, caves, whitewater rapids, grottos, whirlpools and the beach. Not the cheapest place to quench your thirst, since access is limited to hotel guests only. The bar offers everything from beer to umbrella drinks without having to leave the water. -Lottie Tagupa
