Located on the ground floor of the huge Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas, the restaurant's name means "barbecue" in Hawaiian and offers up a classic Italian menu with fresh island fish. The décor is stylish, contemporary and upscale. From the restaurant, you can appreciate how the resort buildings flow seamlessly into the gardens and fish pond, which is all beautifully lit after dark. The menu offers a wide selection of pastas, pizzas and main courses like risotto-crusted fish, mahi mahi saltimbocca and braised short ribs. There is a kids menu and even a complete early dinner menu. The restaurant attracts resort guests and their families and is quite busy in the evenings.
