Overview

In the days of Hawaiian royalty, this was the site of King Kamehameha's holiday home. The home is gone now except for a few decrepit foundations, but the park is still a nice place to relax and wander. Stroll in the gardens or watch as the world-class canoe teams practice. There are currently plans to install a cultural center at the park. It is located just outside of the downtown area of Kaunakakai, between the wharf and Kapuaiwa Grove.
