This coffee shop draws those interested in the art and science of coffee. The owners have beans from different "micro-roasters" located all over the world, and you can have your drink made with any sort of brew you like. Past featured varieties include Shakisso Natural (North Carolina), Street Level (Santa Cruz), and Madcap (Brazil and Guatemala). You'll be glad to know that the baristas aren't just there to make drinks. If you have a question, they have the answer.
