Laura Wiley Theater (The), Chicago

The Laura Wiley Theater at Eugene Field Park in Chicago is a center for performing arts and a haven for artists to showcase their talent. The theater was dedicated in honor of Laura Wiley, a woman with outstanding contribution to the performing arts and the co-founder and co-director of Albany Park Theater Project. Today, the theater witnesses a variety of dance performances, puppet shows and music workshops by the immensely talented artists of the Albany Park Theater Project(APTP). The theater is known to be actively involved with youth-related issues and nurtures the talents of teen artists through various youth groups and other related organizations.
