Mosque Maryam offers prayers five times a day to the Muslim community of the South Stoney Island Avenue. It shares the space with the Islamic University and arranges lectures to encourage the youth to learn more about Islamic principles. Named after Mother Mary, it is one of the largest mosque in Chicago.
