Rockit is not just an average bar and grill. In it, Executive Chef Amanda Downing is putting a contemporary spin on old bar favorites to create a menu of soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees like no other. Try a Rockit Burger made from Kobe beef and topped with melted brie and date aioli. Or pick an even more non-conventional burger; they have burgers made from lobster, venison, or chickpea. If you want more heightened fare there are also steaks and fish dishes available. Plus, they boast a more impressive selection of both beers and whiskeys than most bars around. Come in on the weekend for brunch and the build your own Bloody Mary bar. All of this in a space whose high ceilings and exposed beams are reminiscent of a large warehouse. They also feature live music certain days of the week, and pool tables open all week long.
