Tapas Las Ramblas, Chicago

This is one of the best tapas bars in Chicago, with a flavorful menu of Spanish-inspired cuisine that is divided into two parts: hot and cold. On the cold side, try Salmon Curado (smoked salmon) or Patatas Con Alioli (potato salad in garlic mayonnaise). Sure to please warm dishes are Queso De Cabra Al Horno (warm goat cheese with garlic bread) and Solomillo A La Plancha (beef tenderloin in a blue cheese sauce). There are also larger entrees and salads available. The sangria is a bit pricey, but worth it.
