Chicago has a sizeable Mexican population and as a result, tons of tiny burrito shacks have sprouted, which all deliver good fast standard burrito fare. At first glance, Taqueria Mr. Salsa does not look like anything special. But, somehow after you try it, you realize there is something almost mystical about the burritos that gives them a certain je ne sais quoi and has you coming back for more. It serves the standard array of steak, chorizo, beef and chicken burritos and tacos, in addition to chips and Mexican sodas.
