The Hotel Inter-Continental houses the beautiful Zest Restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is sure to enthrall everyone from a business diner to the one seeking after work relaxation and so is the food. The black-and-white walls with rich strokes of color strike a balance between over-the-top and blasé. The menu strikes a similar balance. For example, many of the soups, salads and sandwiches are low in fat, cholesterol and sodium, even as they are high on taste.
