This fitness club features a 1/5 mile oval indoor running/walking track, full basketball court, four racquetball courts, tennis courts, a 20 meter lap swimming pool, Whirlpool, steam rooms, saunas, and tanning facilities, as well as a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment, independent free weights and state-of-the-art Techno-Gym Equipment. Aerobics, spinning, and aquatics classes are offered. There are also spacious locker rooms with full amenities. In addition to a variety of membership plans, the Rosemont Health and Fitness offers a minimal daily guest fee for visitors, who would like to enjoy a day of fitness.
