  We have been ordering at Tommy's for ten years. They used to be very good. Lately, we are consistently unhappy with the quality. Today I called and complained. My fries were not cooked through, which made them inedible and they charged for the small cups of BBQ sauce, which always came with the orders. When I complained to the manager, she wanted ME to contact corporate. I believe that is the job of management, not mine, as the already dissatisfied consumer.
