  Don't do it. Their office staff are horrible, oh, they'll be friendly at first, but turn as soon as you end the lease. The maintenance staff, will tell you to run a flush through your non-functioning dishwasher and swear that your hot water heater is fine, even when you clearly smell gas. And your security deposit? You can forget that. You'll see cracks in the walls and ceilings, critters are in your kitchen and that balcony you are seeing in the brochure from you bedroom? It's not there anymore. But they won't tell you that unless you confront them about it. DON'T DO IT....   Read More
