A Mano, New Orleans

Chef and restaurateur Adolfo Garcia takes on the hearty cuisine of southern Italy in his Warehouse District restaurant A Mano. A Mano, meaning "by hand" in Italian, specializes in salamis and sausages, handmade pastas, and small plates meant to be shared. Diners can begin their meals with flavorful starters like crostini with white beans and garlic or supli a telefano, but must remember to leave room for rich pasta dishes like gnudi with shitake mushrooms and brown butter or pasta with lamb ragu.
