Grand Isle Restaurant puts a fine dining spin on fresh-from-the-water Louisiana seafood. Diners will find all of the fresh seafood favorites that would be available at a Grand Isle fishing camp with refined touches to enhance the experience. Oysters are served or fixed one of three ways—Grand, Rockefeller, or Bienville—each way enhancing the oyster with a rich topping. Seafood entrées include a grilled or sautéed Gulf Fish with a choice of sauce, Shrimp Romesco, and Fried Seafood Plates. Land-lovers also have plenty of options including BBQ Quail, the Duck Debris Po-Boy, and the Paneed Pork Chop with Mustard Butter.
