Gusto at Canal Place, New Orleans

Chef and restaurateur Adolfo Garcia has taken the movie-going experience to a new level with the addition of Gusto to the Theaters at Canal Place. This Canal Place bistro serves gourmet snacks, small plates, and cocktails to moviegoers with in-seat service and to diners in the cafe. The menu takes traditional movie snacks like popcorn to a new level with toppings like White Truffle Oil, Pimenton and Garlic, and Parmigiano and Black Pepper. Additionally, patrons can order from the menu that includes small plate options like Procuitto Wrapped Breadsticks, Glazed Breast of Duck Salad, and Grilled Portabella Mushrooms. Seasonal cocktails and a wine list round out Gusto’s menu. The bistro is open daily from 11:30a. -Bethany Culp
