M Bistro, New Orleans

Under the leadership of Executive Chef Matt Murphy, M Bistro is bringing fine dining fresh from the farm to diners' tables. Chef Murphy sources meats, seafood, vegetables and cheeses from local farmers, fishermen and dairies to create seasonal New Orleans-inspired dishes. The ever-evolving menu includes signature items like Braised Louisiana Rabbit Lasagna, Baby Back Ribs and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Located on the third floor of the Ritz Carlton New Orleans, M Bistro is adjacent to the hotel's Davenport Lounge. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings diners are likely to linger at their tables to enjoy performances by trumpeter Jeremy Davenport. -Bethany Culp
