New Orleans gets its name from Philippe II, Duc d'Orléans and is credited as the birthplace of Jazz music. This city has a rich cultural heritage, one which can be witnessed in the numerous museums like New Orleans Museum Of Art, architecture, festivals and the general aura that the city emanates. One could also head to the New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park, or participate in Jazz Fests and other activities.
