Phil's Grill invites diners to build their own burger at this Metairie eatery. With six buns, eighteen specialty sauces, twenty-one toppings, and eleven cheeses to choose from, the burger combinations are nearly endless. If the thought of building a burger gets intimidating, choose from one of the pre-crafted Signature Burgers like the gut-busting Fat City Burger—a black angus burger stuffed with cheddar cheese, battered, and fried, and topped with a fried egg; or the slightly more figure friendly Uptowner—a turkey burger with honey mustard, arugula, shredded cabbage, avocado, and provolone cheese. Complete a Phil's Grill meal with a side of Crispy Fried Onion Strings, Sweet Potato Fries, or Grilled Veggies.
