  nice hotel. Front desk staff, very rude in a "professional manner" ****Watch out for "Lauren" at the front desk. Unprofessional and vey negative and ubelievably rude to the guests. Please Note*** if you are driving to ocean city and leave early to beat traffic, the staff at THIS PARTICULAR Holiday Inn will not accomidate you if you arrive early..if your ready, they only allow check in by 2:30 pm. You will be stuck wth all your things and nothing do until 2:30 pm. I travel a lot and this is the only Hotel that makes you wait with your impatient children and boat load of luggage and beach gear until 2:30 pm when rooms are clearly available. The lobby was filled with "stranded guests" becaause of this. Will never stay at this hotel again. What a waste of money. ****Cleaning staff is super polite and very professional. No complaints on them***maybe they should run the front desk and teach Lauren and that fool of a manager how it's done. **FYI--this hotel does not honor PRIORITY CLUB members!!!!!...   Read More
