Chef Marc Orfaly, after conquering the world of bistro fare at Pigalle, decided to tackle Italian head on. The antipasti here offer just a hint of what's to come. Oven-Baked Figs, Fried Cod Cheeks and an ample seafood list will whet even the most stubborn of appetites. As per Roman tradition, even beyond the appetizers, you still have two courses to choose from. The first choice is mainly pastas and risotto. The second is more complex—Chicken Cacciatore, Veal Saltimbocca and lobster are just a few of the options. And still, all of that is to say nothing of the items hot off the grill: steaks, sausage, fish or the Surf & Turf. The wine list is exclusively and impressively Italian.
