Technically, Ned Devine's is the bottom floor of a three-story bar, lying underneath the Parris Lounge and Nightclub. On busy nights, expect to wait in line and pay a cover, but admission includes all three floors. A dress code applies during the summer, so don't expect a casual evening—no hats, flip flops, jerseys, sneakers, or tank tops. Drinks are moderately priced, as martinis are the norm these days.
