Accurso’s is one of the oldest and best Italian restaurants in Kansas City. It’s family owned and serves traditional dishes like the Penne Pasta Diavolo (with a spicy tomato cream sauce) and Seafood Linguine. The wine selection is huge, and the space is large, so it’s a good place to bring a group or a large family. Lunch specials are a particularly bargain.
