The red-bricked facade of the Luminary Center for the Arts lies in Southwest Garden, close to the Tower Grove Park. Founded in 2007, this institution has carved a niche for itself in the art circle of the city as a venue that promotes and presents artists that are just emerging into the competitive world of art.
