Overview

This famous theme park has added new thrills and adventures for the young and young-at-heart. On a hot day, Hurricane Bay provides a cool adventure with its 560,000 gallons of water and four-foot waves. Hook's Lagoon is a thrilling tree house with slides and water sprays where 1,000 gallons of water are dumped on the crowd. Be sure to experience the Boss, a mile-long roller coaster, too. Children younger than three are admitted free. Ring them to find out the admission prices.

  The park is clean and well kept. They don't have the newest and biggest roller coasters, but they have several woodies that are quite good (Screaming Eagle, The Boss and Evil Knievil). The crowds are not out of control so on a typical summer Saturday, you can expect to take in most of the park unlike Six Flags in bigger markets where you spend the majority of the day waiting in line. Kids will have a great time. There is a connected waterpark which is included in the admission price. Bring a Coca-Cola can to the park because there are always co-marketing campaigns between these organization and you are likely to save a few bucks!...   Read More
