The Palms has spent a lot of money and manpower on their new Bistro Buffet. This was a multi-million dollar effort to improve the Fantasy Market Buffet, which many had discarded as a buffet in decline. The prices are still reasonable and the food is similar with a featured carving station. It is a new look and a new attitude suited to a trendier crowd, if you can imagine a buffet as “stylish,” so give it a try!
