Bouchon in Las Vegas is located mid-Strip. This is the Las Vegas branch of acclaimed Chef Thomas Keller's bistro-style restaurant in Yountville, CA. Bouchon serves authentic French cuisine throughout the day, including Steak Frites, Boudin Blanc, Roasted Chicken, Ile Flottante and Profiteroles. The decor is exquisite and the main dining room features hand-painted Magritte-esque murals by French artist Paulin Paris as the centerpiece. Guests can also dine at the outdoor poolside patio.
