Cafe Martorano, Las Vegas

Steve Martorano is a big guy with muscles and tattoos and he can cook up some mean Italian food. The music at this part restaurant and part nightclub is loud, ranging from Frank Sinatra in the early evening to hip hop and R&B late at night. It's not unusual for people to dance in the aisles or even on top of their tables. There is no menu. Instead, a waiter rattles off that day's list of about dozen entrées but the servings are large and meant for sharing. This is a hugely popular attraction at the Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino, with the prices to go with it, so reservations are highly recommended.
