The Cathay House has been a favorite for more than 15 years and a multi-year winner in the Las Vegas Review-Journal's "Best of Las Vegas Readers Poll." For appetizers, try the Pu Pu platter for two, which includes egg rolls, fried shrimp, spareribs, fried squid, curry puffs, skewered beef and chicken. The seafood soup is excellent. The Cathay dinner includes two appetizers, soup, rice and one entree per diner. The Selective dinner deluxe includes three appetizers, rice, soup, and one entree per diner. Full bar service is available.
