Overview

The recent addition of Fin to the dining lineup at the evolving Mirage resort sets a new standard in fine Asian cuisine in Las Vegas. A highly refined menu such as  Vietnamese-style noodle soups or sushi as light lunch options. Other delicacies include Abalone, Pan-Fried Goose Liver and rare Crystal Crab, all of which are served in a serene, classy dining room augmented by rich wood tones and dramatic silvers. Some of the more simple dishes are among the greatest here, including the classic Crisp Shrimp on Fried Toast appetizer and Wok-Fried Lobster in Coconut Sauce.
