The first Melting Pot was opened in 1975 and has expanded into more than 100 locations across the US. The menu offers cheese fondue selections like Spinach Artichoke Cheese Fondue, Wisconsin Trio Cheese Fondue, and Traditional Swiss Cheese Fondue. Entrees include Shrimp & Sirloin, Breast of Chicken, and a Vegetarian option—Fresh vegetables, tofu, artichoke hearts, Portobello mushrooms and spinach and Gorgonzola ravioli. The dessert menu is also fantastic with a variety of chocolate fondues like Disaronno® Meltdown, Yin & Yang, and Flaming Turtle.
