Silk Road Restaurant, Las Vegas

Tucked in the corner of the main lobby, the Silk Road Restaurant is done in bold colors and contemporary design. The eatery is a splash of hot pink and gold that makes for an inviting contrast against the dark woods of the rest of the lobby. Wonderfully feminine and bright, the café offers a great start to even the dreariest of Las Vegas mornings. There is a selection of breakfast items that range from freshly baked pastries, muffins and croissants. The espresso machine seems to be always busy churning out made-to-order lattes, mochas and cappuccino. Lunch is also a treat with a fresh take on pastas, sandwiches and soups. -Lottie Tagupa
