Spectacular red sandstone makes this destination a scenic desert wonder. This state park has been a Nevada landmark since the 1930s and is home to many desert animals, including ravens and desert tortoises. On the cave walls you will see Indian petroglyphs, still remarkably preserved after hundreds of years of erosion from dust and wind. The sunset here produces a memorable photographic opportunity.
