Vineyard Ristorante & Bar (The), Las Vegas

The Vineyard is the utmost in upscale dining. The building itself resembles a castle from the Italian countryside, complete with stone walls and huge arched windows. The menu features mostly Italian-American dishes, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The Brie Cheese Puff Pastry comes delicious and flaky, garnished with almonds, fresh berries, and raspberry sauce. Thick cut pork chops, strip steak, and pistachio-lime halibut are served in generous proportions. Risottos, pastas, and a fabulous roasted lamb stew round out the entrées. Don't forget to finish your meal with one of their decadent desserts. Reservations are recommended. The Vineyard is located within the Lake Las Vegas Resort.
