Your first look at the huge coffee roaster may overwhelm you. The over-sized brass and steel machine roasts more than 300-pounds of coffee a day. Raw beans from around the world are dumped in, and wonderful blends of exotic flavors are brewed. Each one of the restaurants in the Eldorado Hotel has its own special blend, and these blends are available for purchase. Enjoy a latte or just a plain cup of java in the relaxed garden setting.
