Silver Peak Restaurant & Brewery, Reno

Serving more than handcrafted beer, this microbrewery also features Victorian stained glass doors, wood beams and a large stone fireplace. The lighting here is provided by sculptural wall sconces. The menu includes imaginative dishes like Shrimp and Artichoke Pizza, Grilled Lamb Sirloin, and a Pepper and Eggplant Sandwich. Smoked baby back ribs and an assortment of fresh fish including halibut, ahi and salmon round out the menu. The meals complement the rich ales brewed on the premises, like Red Roadster Ale, Midtown Brown or Peavine Porter. The wait staff will be happy to tell you how they came up with the names and how they're made. Banquet facilities for up to 50 people and a late-night menu for the theater crowd are also available.
