  Heads up to the new manager. Love the refreshment and cookies waiting to check in. Nice touch and the music was good. The people on the line were all very happyand enjoying the music. The hotel desk person needs more customer services. Her name is Carol we check in on Sunday 2/20/2011. Everything else was great had a nice time at the show and buffet. Good job.
