Parasol, Albuquerque

El Parasol is the fast-er food sister establishment of El Paragua, which is generally recognized as the best Mexican restaurant in the city of Espanola. El Parasol serves affordable food that is excellent quality for the price; most customers swing by for something to go, but there are also a few seats available inside and out. Unusual for a Mexican restaurant, several vegetarian options are on the menu.
