Rasoi, Albuquerque

This Indian restaurant is bedecked with multi-hued silk drapes and offers a tranquil atmosphere. The lunch buffet includes several meat and vegetarian dishes, plus dessert. But for more choice, come in the evening, when the full a la carte menu is served. Appetizers include soups and salads, while seafood, lamb, chicken and vegetarian dishes constitute the entrees, together with the various side dishes and breads that always make an Indian meal so enjoyable. As you leave, help yourself to sugar crystals or mouth-freshening candied fennel seeds, served in ornate silver dishes.
