As the name implies, rotisserie meats are the specialty here. Roasted chicken is the menu staple—try it with garlic and herbs, etouffee, barbecue sauce or sweet chili glaze—and additional offerings rotate on a daily basis between pork, veal, lamb and beef. However, the menu encompasses a wide array of additional American and Asian dishes.
